Weekly bookings can start on a Friday or a Monday.

Short breaks are available either as a 3 night Weekend break, Friday to Monday, or 4 night Midweek break, Monday to Friday, except for the Christmas and New Year period.

Lets run from 4.00pm on the day of arrival until 10.00am on the day of departure.

A deposit of 25% of the rental is payable at the time of booking. The balance is payable 1 month prior to the arrival date. If a booking is made within this period, the full rental is payable immediately.

Guests are advised to obtain appropriate holiday cancellation insurance.

A Good Housekeeping cheque of £400.00 is required by separate cheque, which is held against satisfactory departure.

The rent is fully inclusive of electricity, heating, bed linen and towels.

We provide a complimentary starter of toilet rolls, kitchen roll, cloths, tea towels, bin bags, dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid, etc.

A selection of local tourism information, including area maps and guides are available.

Wireless Internet connection is provided.

For the comfort of all of our guests, no smoking is permitted anywhere in the property.

Caravans/camper vans, tents or sleeping in cars are not allowed at Serafina.

No pets are permitted at Serafina.
