Weekly bookings can start on a Friday or a Monday.
 
Short breaks are available either as a 3 night Weekend break, Friday to Monday, or 4 night Midweek break, Monday to Friday, except for the Christmas and New Year period.
 
Lets run from 4.00pm on the day of arrival until 11.00am on the day of departure.
 
A deposit of 25% of the rental is payable at the time of booking. The balance is payable 1 month prior to the arrival date. If a booking is made within this period, the full rental is payable immediately.
 
A Good Housekeeping deposit of £400.00 is required by separate cheque, which is held as security and returned to you after satisfactory departure.
 
The rent is fully inclusive of electricity, heating, bed linen, towels, WIFI and family pack.
 
We provide a complimentary starter of toilet rolls, kitchen roll, cloths, tea towels, bin bags, dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid, etc.

Guests are strongly advised to obtain appropriate holiday cancellation insurance. 
Cancellation Plan - Provider of UK holiday insurance including cancellation and loss of deposits.
Schofields UK Holiday Insurance - Provide specialist protection for cottage holiday groups against cancellation and curtailment.

  No pets are permitted at Serafina.

No smoking is permitted anywhere in the property.

We are unable to accept Hen/Stag or similar parties.
 
Caravans/camper vans, tents or sleeping in cars are not allowed at Serafina.

Save precious time shopping and arrange to have your groceries delivered for the day of your arrival. Asda, Sainsbury's and Tesco can deliver to Serafina.
