Once you have decided to book and have checked that the dates required are free, download the Booking Form and Terms & Conditions from the buttons below:
Complete the form and mail it together with required monies to the address on the form. If you would like to discuss anything prior to booking please call Adam or Sarah on 01568 620003 or email sarah@serafinabarn.co.uk
Please note that no pets are allowed and that the barn is non smoking.
